WATER SERVICES, INC. Field/Technical Support Services provide preliminary services to include a complete detailed engineering survey of all operating parameters of the facility where water treatment is necessary.

An operator training program consists of operating analytical method manual, formal training seminars, and also individual training sessions are provided.

Regular services provided at no additional charge are as follows:

1. WATER SERVICES, INC. program start-up services will include a WATER SERVICES representative present each week for as long as necessary.
2. Routing service visits which will include complete analysis of the system, samples once per month or as needed.
3. Use of non-heat transferable test coupons. Corrosion tests on a consinuous basis where applicable.
4. Corporate laboratory analysis of system samples as required.
5. Annual testing of ion exchange resins for inorganic/organic fouling, broken beads, percent moisture, etc.
6. Millipore membrane filter tests for condensate contamination (B&W Method).
7. Equipment inspection.
8. Training seminars.
9. Deaerator performance testing.
10. Deposit analysis as required.
